By now we have all heard of the Geert Wilders’ film Fitna that was due to come out a few days ago, but an American company called Network Solutions blocked the films release. Now comes word of a another Dutch Film due out April 20 by Ehsan Jami that takes on the life of the Prophet Muhammad. This film will surely cause havoc within the Muslim community. The film apparently shows Muhammad in the company of his 9-year-old wife Aisa. The prophet is on his way to a mosque to deflower his bride. The film also calls the Prophet Muhammad a criminal. Ehsan comes from an Iranian Muslim family but his father was not religious and according Jami, his father allowed him to find his own truth about religion.

I’m not sure Iran will not be thrilled with these comments by Kuwaiti strategist Sami al-Faraj:
The destruction of Iran’s nuclear capabilities would be in the interest of the Arab nations in the Gulf, and it would be less embarrassing if it was done by Israel rather than the U.S.
Sami al-Faraj went on to say:
“Honestly speaking, they would be achieving something of great strategic value for the GCC by stopping Iran’s tendency for hegemony over the area,” he said, adding that “nipping it in the bud by Israeli hands would be less embarrassing for us than if the Americans did it.”

Ok, first off I have to say this–I love liberals–but not when they are putting their outrageous theories on national security issues into public policy! One of Barack Obama’s top Foreign policy advisors [Samantha Powers] said this about how to deal with Iran in a Time Magazine article in 2008:
“It means broadening cultural contacts with the Iranian people, bypassing the regime through Voice of America and the Internet. And it means trying high-level political negotiations”…
Someone please explain how this will encourage the Holocaust Denier Mahmoud Ahmadinejad to give up his nuclear ambitions? Moreover, we don’t mean to nit pick here, but if your going to have high level political negotiations, how is that exactly bypassing the regime? I’m just asking! One other quick question for the liberal establishment in academia: Why are you guys and gals always in hurry to get dictators to the negotiating table? Maybe this is why: Barack Obama on Iran:
“I believe that we must be prepared to offer incentives to the Iranians”
Oh ok that makes sense–but just one little problem there: U.S.: Iranian bombs rise in Iraq, CNN Sat January 12, 2008. You know what they say when you deal with the devil, expect hell. So we are going to offer incentives to the Iranians’ to stop them from supplying the enemy with weaponry. It just sounds like Obama’s foreign policy is based on platitudes. false dreams, oh and I forgot to throw in change and yes we can too!
I know the conventional wisdom now says the economy is the number one issues on voters minds, but make no mistake national security and foreign policy is the one that truly matters most, especially after 9/11. Americans should know that terrorists acts are not happening on American soil yet, and let us hope they never do, but they do happen everyday in this dangerous world we live in. I know this because our web site covers these bombings and killings everyday!
