Is Barack Obama weak on terror? When one the first acts of the president is to close a prison where some of the most dangerous terrorists are being kept, one would have to say Obama is starting off the national security of this great country on the wrong foot. How about doing a little research and some thoughtful consideration before closing Gitmo, instead of appeasing your left wing base? Some 9/11 family members are mad about the closure of Gitmo and justifiably so:

Andrew Arias, whose brother, Adam, was killed in the attacks, told reporters at the base Monday: “If not here, where?” said Arias, of South River, New Jersey. “Keep it open, let’s get the job done.”

And then there is this:

Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, proclaimed their role in the worst terrorist attack on U.S. soil. “We did what we did; we’re proud of Sept 11,” The relatives of the victims said they were outraged by the comments.

We all need to keep Obama’s feet to the fire, because what he did today, has in no way made the United States a safer place, in fact I believe it has put us in more danger!

It’s tough to watch the mainstream press continue to pound Israel on a daily basis, but that is exactly what is going on as I write this. Is Fair and Balanced reporting too much to ask? I believe it is when it comes to Israel–and here is a little example: Do you know how many rockets were fired into Israel from Jan 1, 2008 to June 19, 2008? Tough question! Well, the answer might surprise you. Israel was struck by 2,660 projectiles fired from Gaza in that six month time period. Now, why didn’t we know that? The press ignored the situation, but finds it important enough to report when Israel starts fighting back.
